1 General Terms

Fg999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between fg999 and the user.

2 Account & Registration

3 Deposits & Payments

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals (৳20,000 or more) will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal processing for regular members may take up to 30 minutes. VIP members can expect faster processing times.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on fg999:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Fg999 reserves the right to update or change odds at any time. However, odds on confirmed bets will not be altered.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, fg999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing bets on different outcomes of the same event from multiple accounts will be considered arbitrage betting and is strictly prohibited.
• If there is any suspicion of match-fixing, fg999 reserves the right to review the relevant bets and withhold payment if necessary.
• For players or teams joining or being dropped from a squad after a match has started, fg999's decision shall be final.

Special rules for live betting: the live betting service may be temporarily suspended at any point during a match. Live betting may also be delayed due to technical issues or data updates. fg999 cannot be held liable in such circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Fg999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Each individual may benefit from a promotion only once.
• If bonuses are claimed across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household, all bonuses may be cancelled.
• Fg999 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any bonus offer at any time.
• Any fraudulent or dishonest attempt to claim a bonus may result in account termination.
• Free spin bonuses are only valid on specific games and cannot be used once they have expired.

Please note that the welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit. If any irregularity is detected after a bonus has been issued, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fg999 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Placing bets systematically with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abusing).
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across different outcomes for arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit.
• Using another person's account or accepting money to place bets on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other unauthorized means.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of fg999's software or website.
• Using third-party funds for transactions or engaging in money laundering.

8 Account Closure Policy

Fg999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• An account may be declared inactive if it has not been used for an extended period (more than 12 months).

• Transactions delayed or failed due to a disruption in a third-party payment provider's service.
